Camon, voted one of ‘Frances Most Beautiful Villages’, nestles around an ancient Benedictine Abbey. There is some wonderful architecture to see and every May the whole of Camon is in bloom with roses, celebrated by an annual Rose Festival held on the third Sunday of the month. If you are here then, it’s lovely to visit, walk the picturesque little streets and admire the flowers, browse the stalls, perhaps get a drink or bite to eat and maybe catch a choral concert in the magical acoustics of the church.

Lovely stay, so much to do!

Had a lovely 7 night stay here last week and would definitely come back again. The accommodation is modern and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and a lovely private outdoor patio.
